C3S Security Systems provides this service within the C3S Group, employing dedicated, trained staff to ensure that our products perform as they should, when they should.

The service starts with the commissioning of the product and the training of the product users and continues throughout the lifetime of the product.

Our products are supported by product warranty. Long term maintenance depends upon the product type, the requirements of the customer and legislation, an increasingly important factor.

Different products require different maintenance regimes. An opening window requires little maintenance whereas mechanically and electrically powered products will need routine services.

The requirements of the customer are paramount but this must be offset against the economic maintenance of the product. C3S Security Systems recommends annual or bi-annual maintenance of the products it offers.

This preventative maintenance will ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum and that the product is kept in the best working condition longer term.

However, there will be occasions that breakdown occurs due to human error or component failure. C3S Security Systems has a range of service and maintenance packages to suit the needs of its clients.

C3S is ready to deal with any aspect of service from maintenance contracts through to answering customer queries or questions over the phone. All mechanical and electrical products that require regular planned maintenance and annual on-site checks are scheduled via the dedicated team of Service Personnel.

We can provide extended product warranties if required, details of which are available upon request.

The inbuilt reliability of C3S products, when combined with planned maintenance, will keep breakdowns to an absolute minimum.

A strategically positioned team of service engineers ensures that we provide on-site response time to any emergency call-outs within 4 working hours.
